Services include but are not limited to, staging and furnishing help/coordination, pricing, listing the property, guest screening and communication, coordination of cleaning services, and maintenance and repairs coordination.
What is the cost for a STR property manager?
STR property management fees range from 15% to 25% of your booking’s value. Camlen charges 20% and will be a partner every step of the way.
Is Short Term Rentals legal?
Yes! STR is considered legal and there is no strict regulation or enforcement of it in the cities we operate in. Keep in mind that there may be necessary taxes and licenses needed, no matter how lenient they may be. We help navigate these regulations.
